The brisket had a nice smoke ring and was moist and delicious. The loaded baked potato was enough to share with 3 people. Sausage was incredible. Best BBQ restaurant in town, hands down.
I visit Crosby a couple of times a year and I always try to come here. The brisket just melts in your mouth. Generous portions, friendly staff, and a laid-back atmosphere. Can't beat it.

The chicken fried steak with cream gravy is worth the drive alone. Add the pinto beans and Texas toast and you've got the perfect plate. Service was wonderful and quick.
